My name is Lu Yao, I’m one of the Upper GI registrars in Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. I’m working with Mr Reece-Smith, one of the UGI consultants here, to organise a webinar about peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) for achalasia. 

 

It will be a free event on 3rd March and all UGI/Gastroenterology trainees and consultants are welcome to attend. 

 

The speakers will include Mr Reece-Smith (UGI surgeon), Prof Bu Hayes (Consultant gastroenterologist), Prof Jan Martinek (consultant gastroenterologist), and Dr Mo Abdelrahim (consultant gastroenterologist). Please find the agenda on the advertising poster attached.

 

We would be very grateful if it’s possible to publicise the event through AUGIS and BBUGS (for example in the ‘What’s on’ newsletters’) to help us reach a wider audience.
